Spa Chalets - a choice of 4 chalets of similar construction. The chalets are an ideal size for couples or families and will accommodate up to six or seven in comfort. For easy reference the chalets named "Destiny" and "Kismet" and will accommodate up to six people. The other two chalets can accommodate up to to seven people. These two chalets are named "Fortunate " and "Harmony". All chalets are all self contained.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bedroom upstairsCheck in: 2.00pm or earlier by prior arrangement.
Check out: 10.00am. Late check out by prior arrangement and will incur a $20 service fee.

A minimum of 50% of the total value of the booking is required and can be paid direct via our secure booking site. Alternatively credit card payment will be accepted by email or telephone.

Bookings are not considered confirmed without a deposit. All confirmed bookings cancelled will incur an administration fee of $50AU.

Peak season bookings cancelled 1 to 14 (other seasons 1 to 6) days prior to arrival will have full deposit withheld. Refunds may be made if the vacancy created is fully filled. All other deposits will be refunded less the administration fee.

NOTE: Due to the construction style of our chalets, they may not be suitable for children. Children are most welcome but parents will need to supervise them at all times. Stair guards are available upon request.
