Check In Arrangements

Check in: 2.00pm TO 7.00pm or other hours by prior arrangement.
Check out: 10.00am. Late check out by prior arrangement and will incur a $20 service fee.
Please note, for security reasons, if not already provided, credit card details will be required at check in.

Reservation And Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 50% of the total value of the booking is required (unless other arrangements accepted by management) and can be paid direct via our secure booking site. Alternatively credit card payment will be accepted by email or telephone.
Bookings are not considered confirmed without a deposit. All confirmed bookings cancelled will incur an administration fee of $50AU.
Peak season bookings cancelled 1 to 14 (other seasons 1 to 6) days prior to arrival will have full deposit withheld. Refunds may be made if the vacancy created is fully filled. All other deposits will be refunded less the administration fee.

Pets Policy

We love animals (and have one of our own) but, in the interest of all guests and with regard to the small native animals that live in our forest, we are strictly unable to allow pets to accompany you on your holiday.

Bedding Policy

Please make sure the bedding configuration on your confirmation letter is correct as a charge of $25 per bed will be levied for beds used but not booked.
